Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Mowi app. By creating an account or using Mowi, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Not medical advice
Mowi is a general wellness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Workout plans, calorie and protein goals, fasting timers, cycle predictions, medication reminders, meditations and other content are for general information only and may not be suitable for you.
Talk to a doctor or another qualified health professional before starting a new exercise, diet or fasting routine, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take medication. Cycle predictions are estimates and must not be used as contraception. Medication reminders do not replace your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions. Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness or discomfort. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account
You must be at least 16 years old to use Mowi. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity in your account. Please give accurate information, since goals and suggestions are calculated from it.
Your content
You own the data, photos and text you add to Mowi. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete it at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Mowi. For example, do not try to access other users' data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer it where the law does not allow it, or use it for anything unlawful.
Third-party content
Mowi shows information from third parties, such as weather forecasts, food and product data and news articles. We do not control this information and cannot guarantee that it is accurate or complete. Nutrition values are approximate.
Availability and changes
Mowi is currently free. We may add, change or remove features, and we may suspend or end the service. If we shut Mowi down, we will give you reasonable notice so you can export your data.
Disclaimer and liability
Mowi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any harm resulting from relying on the app instead of professional advice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.
Ending your use
You can stop using Mowi and delete your account at any time in Profile › Settings › Account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Apple
If you downloaded Mowi from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the date above, and we will let you know in the app if the changes are significant. Continuing to use Mowi after the changes means you accept them.
